As a Software Analyst you will work closely with the Support, Development and Professional Services Teams.

  • Incident and Problem Management for customers' and OX' services
  • System diagnostics and analysis of large-scale customer platforms
  • Investigate and reproduce complex custom issues, test solutions, help implement fixes
  • Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of Incident and Problem Tickets
  • Working along and within several ITIL process implementations
  • Managing technical relationship and communications with customers
  • Collaborate closely with Professional Services team in customer’s projects
  • Work closely with development, sales, and product management teams
  • Periodic 24/7 on-call duty for high-severity Incidents

Your background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system management, system administration or related position
  • In-depth knowledge of and demonstrated experience with Linux system such as Debian, RHEL, and SLES: command line interface, tuning, troubleshooting 
  • Scripting: bash, python
  • Knowledge of Linux networking: interfaces, TCP/IP tuning, packet capture and analysis, etc
  • Knowledge about typical open standard protocols and services like HTTP, DNS, IMAP, SMTP, SQL
  • Experience in operation and administration of Dovecot IMAP server or other email products is a bonus
  • Knowledge and experience with Cassandra database is a bonus
  • Knowledge of Containers and Kubernetes is a bonus
  • Understanding of complex setups in heterogeneous environments
  • Experience with mission critical systems 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Service oriented and entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Goal-oriented working style and high self-motivation
  • Team player and ability to communicate well amongst peers
  • Native level Japanese speaker with excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Good proficiency level in verbal and written communication in English
